Next Generation Data Ltd announces it has secured significant debt finance facilities from Lombard, the asset finance arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland. This is to help support the investment required for infrastructure equipment to fit out data halls inside the massive 75,000 sq metre building for the company’s first major blue chip customers. Logistic Specialties, Inc. (LSI), a consulting and management services company specializing in business development and program support services, announced today that the company has sold Shipley Associates, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LSI serves corporate and government clients in the areas of defense, IT, professional services and economic development. LSI acquired Shipley Associates, which is known for its proposal development training and support services, three years ago.
