Hilco Real Estate, LLC has set a deadline of December 4, 2009, at 5:00 PM CST, for sealed bids on the remaining development land surrounding the Cabela’s store in Owatonna, MN. Buyers will be given the opportunity to submit offers on one parcel, any combination of parcels, or the entire offering in bulk.

The offering consists of four parcels of development land ranging from 1.3 to 58+ acres for a total of 103+ acres. The land surrounds an existing 162,500 sq. ft.
