Logistic Specialties, Inc. (LSI), a consulting and management services company specializing in business development and program support services, announced today that the company has sold Shipley Associates, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LSI serves corporate and government clients in the areas of defense, IT, professional services and economic development. LSI acquired Shipley Associates, which is known for its proposal development training and support services, three years ago.

The sale of Shipley provides the opportunity to invest in meeting these needs in new ways, which will deliver more value to our clients.”

LSI offers a full range of business development services, including Strategy, Process, Training, Capture, Proposal, and Program Execution consulting. LSI also provides innovative program support, logistics and supply-chain management services for government and commercial clients, as well as programs that support state economic development.
