Philadelphia Tries For A Record With $30 Million Penthouse

A condominium which is located at Two Liberty Place has set the record for highest price ever paid for a Philadelphia condominium, back in march when a resident paid a whopping $7.678 million for a unit on the 46th floor of the Residences at Two Liberty Place.

At the time of purchase the top unit was the $15 million penthouse for sale on the 57th floor, there was a rumor that a top business man was about to buy buy both and create a duplex. So I guess that buyer thought it would be a great idea to own.

Residents at Two Liberty include millionaire and former Philadelphia mayoral candidate Tom Knox, Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora and Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels. The building offers luxurious amentities including concierge service and the owner’s club.

People should soon see this as great investment. Thanks for sharing. I know of a real estate coach who could also help many in the real estate industry make money despite the current crisis.
